The successful candidate duties will include engineering localised office suites user assistance, localisation tools & process design, trouble shooting and problem solving. This person will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, and superb organizational skills on a daily basis. They must thrive on cross-group collaboration, with proven ability to influence others to alter course towards smarter ways of operating. With a strong understanding of complex software problems this person will design, communicate and deliver the Office Client user assistance Office Online engineering plan and supporting infrastructure for the team. This individual will also be a key contributor to the evaluation, planning and implementation of worldwide localisation strategies within the Office group, and to the release of localised software to worldwide markets.

Job requirements:
• Information Technology related qualification at degree level and 3-5 years relevant experience (Requirement)
• Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems Server and Workstation (Requirement)
• Thorough understanding of localisation & globalisation concepts (Requirement)
• Demonstrated problem solving expertise in complex technical and organizational environments (Requirement)
• Good communication skills - write, speak and present information effectively and communicate persuasively. Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proven expertise in identifying, designing, developing and implementing localization process improvements (Strong advantage)
• Demonstrated application of technologies in the solution of complex business problems. Knowledge of SQL, XML, Sharepoint and scripting languages (Strong advantage)
• MCP, MCSE or similar qualification (Advantage)
• Programming and scripting skills (Advantage)
• Experience in translating and adapting software or documentation (Advantage)
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with customers to understand local market needs and drive requirements to enhance the customer experience (Advantage)
