Payroll Administration Associate with German in Bucharest!

They are currently looking for a fluent German speaker for the role of Payroll Administration Associate:
To apply for this role, you will need to have to following skills:
Third level Education
1 1.5 years of work experience
Good communication and aptitude for learning
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Knowledge of PeopleSoft payroll (8.0)
Knowledge of payroll laws and fundamentals
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Garnishment Processing
High standards of accuracy and detail oriented
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
Responsibilities:
Ensure complete pay information is properly recorded and accurately calculate each payroll cycle
Review payroll reports to identify potential problems; contact field units to resolve discrepancies
Review quality assurance reports that pertain to hourly and salary payroll
Work payroll error reports
Process exception payments
Perform Gross-to-net calculation
Assist payroll manager in the resolution of payroll problems
